Shipping and Returns
Please allow up to 4-6 business days to receive orders after the clearing of a payment. Hair Basics LLC will take 2 business days (not including weekends) to process orders. After 48 business hours processing, it will then take 2-4 business days for customers to receive their package. Customers will receive their tracking number on or before the 3rd business day. All orders will ship within approximately 2-3 business days once payment clears, depending on the shipping method selected. We will give a delivery estimate when an order is placed based on the information we receive from our system. Hair Basics will not be responsible for late shipments resulting from unfavorable weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We ship our packages trough UPS and trust that on-time delivery will be achieved. In the circumstance of delayed packages, reimbursement of shipping charges will not be possible.
Orders will normally be shipped via USPS to the address provided. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer’s email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If a tracking number is not received, please let us know. Customers can use their USPS tracking number to track their package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information tends to be the major cause of shipment delays. This is why it is crucial to verify the address information provided on the order. Customers should also be sure to include ALL the needed information such as a full address, apt#, etc. to ensure on-time delivery of the package.
Undeliverable Packages and Refused Deliveries
In our efforts to minimize and risk, all packages will require a signature upon delivery. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver a package if no one is home. If a customer knows that no one will be home to provide a signature at the time of delivery, we advise that the customer manages the shipment trough the USPS website and asks for the package to be held for pick up. For assistance with tracking and changes to delivery, customers can also contact USPS through their customer service line at +1-800-275-8777. USPS may also leave a notice of their delivery attempts with steps to arrange alternative methods of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Hair Basics will not issue refunds for refused or abandoned shipments.
If a customer tracks a package and notices a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results. If the product comes back returned as undeliverable, we will contact the customer and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Out of Stock Items
If a ordered product becomes out of stock, we will promptly contact our customers by their provided method of communication to see if they would be interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option, and the customer wishes to cancel the order completely, a refund will be issued immediately.
In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment. Please be assured that our orders are processed with video surveillance to ensure that no packing errors occur.

Payments & Ordering
We accept the following payment types for your protection and ours: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not have access to share a customer’s credit card information with anyone.
Return & Exchange Policy
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to federal health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, all sales are final.
An exchange request must meet the following criteria
Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours (3) days of receipt of an order. It is important to note that federal law states that human hair products that have been used cannot be returned. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is used in any visible manner, or has been opened or tampered with in any way, the exchange request will be voided.The hair should remain in the original package and not be unfastened at the top.The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned exchange packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Only full priced items and not items on sale can be exchanged. Merchandise must be physically received before a exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
If an exchange needs to be made, the customer will receive the same item placed in the original order. Merchandise sent to us without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cannot be tracked and may be lost and will not be honored. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. If a customer would like to exchange a product, the customer must request an RMA within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Customers should email us to receive your RMA number and return instructions.
